Lydia is currently pursuing the International Baccalaureate Diploma at The Dwight School (Class of 2026), where her studies include Higher Level courses in Biology, Global Politics, Literature, and Math A&I, and Standard Level coursework in Chemistry and Spanish.

With over 20 hours of weekly technique across ballet, modern, and contemporary genres, Lydia’s training is both intense and global. She is a graduate of ABT’s Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School and a current student at STEPS on Broadway. Her summer intensives include:

Lydia leads by example—founding Dwight’s Dance Club, where she teaches technique and organizes joint workshops with the school rugby team. As an Admissions Ambassador, she represents the school to prospective families. She also tutors younger students in math through the Dwight Tutors Program.

Taught dance in public schools via the STEPS Outreach program.

Provides childcare for parents attending Torah study through the Council of Jewish Emigré Community Organizations.

Work Experience

Since 2021, Lydia has served as a Counselor-in-Training and Counselor at the Russian School of Math, helping support academic enrichment through personalized attention and structured programming.

Music

A piano student of Nadia Reich, Lydia earned a 94 on Level 5 NYSSMA, receiving full marks on her solo performance.

Her musical discipline complements her dance and academic pursuits, deepening her sensitivity to rhythm and tone.

Athletics

Lydia was the Outside Hitter on Dwight’s JV Volleyball Team, where she developed agility, coordination, and collaborative strength—attributes she brings to both stage and classroom.
